1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kanji Masuta ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App.
2 Description of Service
Kanji Masuta is a Japanese kanji learning application that provides flashcards, quizzes, spaced repetition reviews, and study materials organized by JLPT levels (N5 through N1). The App supports multiple interface languages for a global audience.
3 User Account & Data
The App stores all learning data locally on your device using an embedded database. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all your progress.
4 Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, UI design, and source code, is the property of BnB Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App content without prior written permission.
5 User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended educational purpose. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You shall not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
6 In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies. We do not directly handle payment information.
7 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that learning outcomes will meet your expectations.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BnB Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or learning progress.
9 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
